While the Visual Media Department is busy around the world, we’re actively raising support at meetings, missions conferences and other speaking engagements in South Carolina and Georgia.

2016 Interview
In January we visited the TWR offices in Cary, North Carolina where we’ll be based after enough additional monthly support is raised. To spread the word about who we are to new friends and churches (and inform all current ministry partners about the new role) our Visual Media Dept. coworkers interviewed us. After adding photos we gave them of our nine years together in Africa they created this great video.
You can watch it now on Vimeo and (even download it to view offline.) Please let us know what you think below!
Houston, We Have Splashdown!
We landed in the USA December 10 and got off to a great start of readjusting to the USA with family over the holidays. This letter gives a brief outline of our schedule for February, March and April as we start visiting as many friends and churches as possible!
Moving Across the Pond
With some emotion and deep sighs, we bid Africa farewell and give thanks to God for the time he chose for us to serve here. We hope you enjoy this last letter from Joburg.

Counting Down Our Last Three Months Living in Africa
Not much time left before we start serving God as TWR missionaries while based in deepest, darkest America. Read the letter to find out what we’re up to as we get ready to count down our last 90 days in Johannesburg.
Africa Social Media Leadership videos
Please
enjoy the Dead Horse and Sandwich videos I helped produce with coworkers in the past six months. During this time, TWR Africa has been busy with a social media pilot project to promote one of our radio series.
Tools for Wise Leadership is an English series produced in Zimbabwe now for over a decade. It’s aired on shortwave and more recently distributed online via TWR360. As new episodes are released between January and June of 2015, TWR sparks interactions on Facebook and WhatsApp with quotes and scriptures from the episodes as well as graphics and videos for sharing. The major goal is listeners discussing with each other biblical principles that apply to leadership situations in Africa.
Please pray TWR learns how to use social media well and that we continue to experiment to find new and more effective ways to minister.
Leadership, Video (and what’s Holly up to these days?)
Andrew took a group of college students from Greenville North Carolina to Swaziland and is using video to help promote a TWR radio series about leadership on Facebook.
Meanwhile, Holly is heavily involved in teaching and discipleship among women at our local church.
(As we publish this letter, we have less than six months left in South Africa.)
Nearing the End of Africa
Big news in our first letter for 2015! This is our last year serving with TWR while also based in South Africa.
40th Anniversary Celebration Events
God is good and we have learned that pulling our hair out to meet deadlines or help people in need isn’t required. This letter will encourage you as we celebrate God moving through people faced with more than they can handle.
TWR Africa 40th Anniversary Booklet
A pair of TWR Africa 40th Anniversary Celebration events were held Oct. 31, 2014. At both, attendees received a free copy of a special booklet Andrew’s team has worked on for the past five months. You can download it as a PDF to read some of the amazing things God has done in Africa.
